{"id":84431,"date":"2020-05-05T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/chorba-frik-au-poulpe\/"},"modified":"2020-05-05T01:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-05T05:00:00","slug":"chorba-frik-au-poulpe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linitiative.ca\/International\/chorba-frik-au-poulpe\/","title":{"rendered":"Chorba frik au poulpe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>200 g de poulpe, 1 petit bol de frik, 1\/2 oignon d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, 1 piment fort, 3 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es, 2 tomates r\u00e2p\u00e9es, 1 c.\u00e0.s. de concentr\u00e9 de tomates, 1 c.\u00e0.c. de piment fort, 2 c.\u00e0.s. d&rsquo;huile, un peu de curcuma, du sel, 1 litre d&rsquo;eau,1 c.\u00e0.s. de menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Bien rincer le poulpe, l&rsquo;\u00e9bouillanter dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, l&rsquo;\u00e9goutter et le d\u00e9couper en petits morceaux.<br \/>Le faire saisir dans une marmite avec l&rsquo;huile, et l&rsquo;oignon.Ajouter\u00a0 les tomates r\u00e2p\u00e9es, le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, le poivre, le sel, le curcuma, l&rsquo;ail et le piment fort. Remuer, mouiller avec de l\u2019eau et couvrir. Laisser cuire pendant 20 min.<br \/>Ajouter le frik, apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir rinc\u00e9 et essor\u00e9. Laisser sur le feu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cuisson. Ajouter l&rsquo;eau si besoin.
