Cependant, bien que cette bonne habitude soit fortement recommand\u00e9e, elle peut avoir l\u2019effet inverse de celui recherch\u00e9.<\/strong><\/span><span id=\"more-345070\"\/><\/p>\n<p>En effet, la pratique d\u2019une activit\u00e9 sportive \u00e0 jeun br\u00fble prioritairement les sucres et les acides gras circulant dans le sang, puis impose \u00e0 l\u2019organisme de puiser dans ses r\u00e9serves de glycog\u00e8ne, de graisse, et de prot\u00e9ines. Le d\u00e9ficit \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique place ainsi l\u2019organisme en situation de souffrance.<br \/>Dans une telle situation, on peut difficilement concevoir atteindre des performances sans avoir la disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique n\u00e9cessaire. La pratique d\u2019un effort sollicite d\u2019autres sources d\u2019\u00e9nergie telles que les graisses corporelles.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation des prot\u00e9ines musculaires \u00e0 des fins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques conduit \u00e0 des alt\u00e9rations des fibres contractiles, et fragilise le tissu musculaire. Ce risque est d\u2019autant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 si l\u2019hydratation n\u2019est pas correcte.
