ramolli<\/li>\n<li>300 g de poudre d\u2019amande<\/li>\n<li>200 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>Eau de rose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0de la p\u00e2te\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine avec le beurre<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter 100 ml d\u2019eau de rose et travailler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et lisse<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer minimum 2 heures<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration de la farce d\u2019amande\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la poudre d\u2019amande avec le sucre<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer 70 ml d\u2019eau de rose et m\u00e9langer pour avoir une p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>Former la p\u00e2te en des petits boudins ( 5cm)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration de kaak\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en couche fine (1mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur)<\/li>\n<li>Enrouler la farce avec la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>Assembler les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s pour avoir une Kaaka (une rondelle bien ronde)<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 10 minutes (Les kaaks ne doivent pas beaucoup changer de couleur)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"swp_social_panel
