Pour la cr\u00e8me : poudre\u00a0d&rsquo;amandes : 100 g, cannelle en poudre : 1 pinc\u00e9e, sucre en poudre : 3 c. \u00e0 soupe, farine : 3 c. \u00e0 soupe, \u0153ufs : 3 , cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche : 5 c. \u00e0 soupe, lait : 15 cl.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four th.6 (180\u00b0C). Dans un bol, versez le th\u00e9 chaud et faites-y mac\u00e9rer les raisins secs. Epluchez les pommes et les poires, coupez-les en quartiers et citronnez-les pour \u00e9viter que la chair noircisse. Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9, r\u00e9partissez les fruits et les raisins r\u00e9hydrat\u00e9s. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, les \u0153ufs, la poudre d\u2019amandes, le sucre, la cannelle, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et le lait. Versez cette pr\u00e9paration dans un plat \u00e0 gratin et faites cuire 20 minutes. A la sortie du four, saupoudrez de cannelle.
