farine<\/li>\n<li>125 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les ingr\u00e9dients pour la tarte aux \u00e9pinards\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>100 g de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>200 g d\u2019\u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration ( P\u00e2te bris\u00e9e) :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Couper le beurre en petits morceaux puis m\u00e9langer-le avec la farine et le sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange sableux<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>Assembler la p\u00e2te en boule et laissez-la reposer au frais une heure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration (Tarte aux \u00e9pinards ):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, le fromage et les \u00e9pinards<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le sel et le poivre<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans un moule et piquez-la avec une fourchette<\/li>\n<li>Remuer et versez la pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9chauffer
