chimique<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re a caf\u00e9 de zeste de citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans un saladier, mettre la farine, le sucre, la levure et l\u2019\u0153uf, un trait d\u2019eau de fleur d\u2019oranger et le zeste de citron.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les amandes et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li>Former deux pains pas trop \u00e9pais et d\u00e9poser sur un papier sulfuris\u00e9 dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au four pour 35 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient soit bien dor\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Couper les croquants en tranches r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de 2 cm pendant qu\u2019ils sont encore
