Faites une fontaine, versez le beurre, les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153uf et l&rsquo;\u0153uf entier. P\u00e9trissez \u00e0 la main puis \u00e9talez au rouleau. Foncez-en un moule \u00e0 tarte.<br \/>La cr\u00e8me :<br \/>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez \u00e0 la spatule en bois la poudre d&rsquo;amande, les \u0153ufs et les 2 blancs, le beurre ramolli, le zeste\u00a0 et le jus des citrons. Versez sur le fond de p\u00e2te crue. Enfournez \u00e0 150\u00b0 (th.5) pendant 40 minutes.<br \/>La garniture :<br \/>Quand le g\u00e2teau est cuit, badigeonnez le dessus de gel\u00e9e de citron. Battez en neige ferme les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153uf et ajoutez le sucre petit \u00e0 petit. Recouvrez le g\u00e2teau puis passez au four pendant 10 minutes.
