Quand on est de meilleure humeur, on a moins tendance \u00e0 compenser par la nourriture et on ma\u00eetrise mieux son apport alimentaire.<br \/>Pour puiser dans vos r\u00e9serves adipeuses (autrement dit, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 vous voulez perdre), on estime qu&rsquo;il faut un effort prolong\u00e9 mais pas trop intense\u2026 Sinon, le corps utilise en priorit\u00e9 les r\u00e9serves stock\u00e9es dans le foie et les muscles. Bonne nouvelle : le sport permet aussi d&rsquo;augmenter la consommation de calories pas seulement pendant l\u2019effort, mais aussi dans les jours qui suivent.
