Il concerne aussi bien le renouvellement que le premier contr\u00f4le. Mais ceci ne s\u2019applique qu\u2019au cas de v\u00e9hicule d\u00e9j\u00e0 contr\u00f4l\u00e9 mais dont le certificat est \u00e9chu (entre cinq et dix ans donc) et au cas o\u00f9 le v\u00e9hicule aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 depuis le 18 mars dernier. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019indique un communiqu\u00e9 de NARSA. On ne sait pas ce qu\u2019il faut faire avec les v\u00e9hicules ayant eu cinq ans avant le 18 mars 2020, mais n\u2019ayant pas \u00e9t\u00e9 visit\u00e9s \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie. On ne sait pas que faire non plus pour ceux qui ont chang\u00e9 de mains depuis cette m\u00eame date.
