In 2025, Espace St-Denis welcomed nearly 300,000 people to the St-Denis Theater and the Studio-Cabaret, and 45,000 customers in its food courts, a remarkable result which testifies to the public’s attachment and the relevance of its artistic and gastronomic offering.

The year 2025 will also have marked a structuring stage in the evolution of Espace St-Denis, with the redevelopment of the foyer and dressing rooms of the Théâtre St-Denis in order to offer a renewed experience for both the artists and the public. The Studio-Cabaret, for its part, took a new step by hosting its very first shows with general admission, affirming its versatility and its ability to adapt to artistic proposals. Finally, Espace St-Denis has reconnected with its multidisciplinary vocation by presenting its first boxing gala – and more broadly its first sporting event – ​​in nearly 40 years, confirming its positioning as an emblematic, daring place and resolutely anchored in its time.
