Notice is hereby given that The Foundation of the Alliance of Cultural Communities for Equality in Health and Social Services constituted under the Companies Act (Quebec) and having its head office at 7000 avenue du Parc, bureau 408, Montréal Québec H3N 1X1 has adopted a resolution authorizing its voluntary dissolution. The Foundation has never started its activities and has no property or debt at the time of the request for dissolution.
