The Arts and Society Interviews, organized by Place des Arts, are back for a new season with four free meetings in front of the public. Rose-Aimée Automne T. Morin, host, author, screenwriter and columnist at La Presse, returns to animation – for a second consecutive year – in order to explore universal questions that resonate in our daily lives.

These meetings – presented on Wednesdays at the Urban Salon, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – invite personalities from various social and cultural spheres to reflect collectively on contemporary issues. The public is invited to participate in these discussions to understand, shed light and leave with avenues for action. An ideal pre-show formula!

“For a decade now, Place des Arts has offered the general public free and accessible events, in resonance with the richness of its performing arts programming. Led by committed artists and thinkers, these encounters – never complacent – nourish the curiosity of a public ever more eager to deepen their understanding of the creative processes and the social, cultural and human issues of our time. Since last year, they have been hosted by Rose-Aimée Automne T. Morin, who brings a lively and daring perspective to these discussions. » – Clothilde Cardinal, Senior Director, Education and Special Projects, Place des Arts
