H2Origin, the unique immersive experience in Canada born in Quebec, unveils its programming for the month of August with Les Nuits H2Origin, a formula offered every evening which allows the public to extend the experience around the immersive aquatic show H2Origin: a journey to the depths of the universe and numerous activities. The month of August also coincides with two major astronomical events of the summer: the Perseid meteor shower and a partial lunar eclipse! The public will be able to observe everything thanks to the numerous telescopes installed on the site for these occasions.

THE H2ORIGIN NIGHTS Installed this summer at the Centropolis in Laval, on the outskirts of Montreal, H2Origin offers a journey where water becomes a screen, where the laser becomes matter, and where science meets the imagination: an experience designed for the whole family. Offered from Wednesday to Sunday, until September 7, the H2Origin Nights offer the public a complete experience: observation, understanding of space, games and shows follow one another from the beginning of the evening until night From 6:30 p.m., visitors explore the experience pavilions and interactive fountains, learn about robotics with the Rovers, have fun in the giant inflatable games, have access to the telescopes and enjoy face painting (Friday and Saturday) as well as a drawing and coloring section. Each area arouses curiosity, from the youngest to the oldest.

At 9 p.m., time for the H2Origin immersive aquatic show: a journey to the depths of the universe lasting 30 minutes, where water jets, lasers and projections come together in a great multimedia symphony. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the evening continues from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with an illuminated inflatable game, a telescope as well as a drawing and coloring section. On Fridays and Saturdays, H2Origin Nights continue until 11 p.m. with Rovers, space quiz, night inflatable, rocket launch, mini-experiments, telescope, arcade projection, DJ as well as a drawing and coloring section.

THE IMMERSIVE SHOW: H2Origin – A JOURNEY TO THE DEEP OF THE UNIVERSE Every evening, H2Origin transforms its pool into a monumental stage. On a 30-meter water screen and robotic jets reaching 22 meters, video projections and high-precision RGB lasers synchronize with a sensory narration to immerse visitors in a cosmic odyssey. Between spatial immensity and visual poetry, the show invites you to experience a moment suspended between dream and reality: Canadian aquatic technology, combining video projections and laser effects, unique in North America. H2Origin tells the story of the journey of an exploring entity who came from another galaxy through fascinating worlds, launched on an extraordinary quest to find the drop-source and the elements at the origin of all life.

PERSEID OBSERVATION – AUGUST 12 AND 13 On August 12 and 13, science and wonder meet during an evening dedicated to the Perseid meteor shower. In addition to the H2Origin show, members of the Club des astronomers amateurs de Laval (CAAL) will be on site with their telescopes to show the public the wonders of the night sky. An active partner of H2Origin, CAAL is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

PARTIAL MOON ECLIPSE – NIGHT OF AUGUST 27 TO 28 A partial lunar eclipse, with a magnitude of approximately 98%, will be visible in Quebec on the night of August 27 to 28, 2026. The amateur astronomers present on site will allow visitors to observe this rare celestial phenomenon, in addition to the H2Origin show: a journey to the depths of the universe.
