Our furious hopes. Six performers on stage strive to find the answer, composing a sensitive collage which reflects our own dizziness in the face of our times. A sensory stage experience that transforms collective paralysis into creative energy. Faced with the state of the current world, where our lucidity easily transforms into fatigue and our compassion into helplessness, the creator Alex Trahan invites us to take part in his reflection: how can we create works that do not flee reality, but which make us want to take part in it?

Getting out of the doldrums means rekindling the fire: transforming despair into momentum, anger into action. Art therefore becomes an act of radical and lucid hope, a gesture which reminds us that beauty, solidarity and imagination are still forms of resistance; such are our furious hopes.

In addition to presenting Our Furious Hopes, La Fratrie invites spectators to a series of activities celebrating the richness of their artistic community and promoting exchanges between artists and the public. An opportunity to come together to exchange, discover and better dream of the future. This program will help give a festive and inspiring boost to the launch of the La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines season.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display:inline-block;width:728px;height:90px;"
data-ad-client="ca-pub-8992136571741975"
data-ad-slot="6185130430"></ins>

[embedded content]

Text and direction Alex TrahanPerformers Yuma Arias, Chloé Barshee, Stacey Désilier, Manon Lussier, Patrick R.
