Thanks to the excellent reception received from both the public and critics, the film has now earned revenues of more than $600,000, positioning it in the Top 3 most popular Quebec films of the year at the box office after only 20 days in theaters.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that REDEMPTIONS, which is still showing across Quebec, will make its international premiere in official competition during the Angoul\u00eame Francophone Film Festival (FFA), which will be held from August 24 to 29 in France.<\/p>\n<p>REDEMPTIONS features an impressive Quebec and French cast with Luc Picard, Kelly Depeault, Henri Picard, Maxim Gaudette, Sophie Desmarais, Damien Bonnard, Louise Coldefy, Jean-Simon Leduc, L\u00e9opold Lafontaine, Charles-Aubey Houde and G\u00e9rard Lanvin. Produced by Christian Larouche, the feature film will also be distributed in France in December 2026, by the new distribution company Motel Film. Denis Parent occupies the position of wigmaker and Anita Sanchez-Huerta that of head hairdresser. Patrick Raymond acts as production director, Nathalie Tremblay as executive producer in addition to Tim Ringuette as executive producer. Alex Nevsky wrote the original music for the film, marking his very first composition for the big screen.
