It aims to position the diaspora, both in host societies and in relation to its homeland of origin, as an organized actor in national development.<\/p>\n<h2>A digital platform already online<\/h2>\n<p>Distances are now reduced by communication technologies, by economic models that are now possible to work and contribute remotely. Our group therefore launched Bladidz.com on July 5, 2026. The platform connects the diaspora in general but particularly professional, qualified and technological with private partners, institutions, universities and work groups in Algeria. Under the \u201cGET INVOLVED\u201d module, we bring together all the projects that our initiative is pursuing until we obtain concrete results that are useful to all.<\/p><div id=\"linit-350480743\" class=\"linit-dans-le-contenu linit-entity-placement\" role=\"region\" aria-label=\"Publicit\u00e9s\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-8992136571741975\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><insclass=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:inline-block;width:728px;height:90px;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8992136571741975\" data-ad-slot=\"6185130430\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<h2>A digital directory equipped with a search engine by national priorities<\/h2>\n<p>Our team is now building a digital inventory of diaspora skills, searchable by national priority. We would like to offer members of the High Council of the National Scientific Community Abroad (HCCSNE) exclusive and dedicated access. It would allow them to identify the resources available around the world, to communicate with them and to collaborate, in the service of the missions and mandates defined with the senior Algerian administration.<\/p>\n<h2>An international deployment<\/h2>\n<p>We are in discussions with potential partners in large urban and university centers in Europe, America, AsiaMiddle East in order to open several offices and disseminate the representation of the concept on a wider scale. However, liaison offices are already present in Algeria.
