For more than 60 years (1927 to 1993), the NCC was a symbol of resilience, community leadership and hope for Black Montrealers.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2022, the Afromus\u00e9e has been developing Inspired by, a citizen collection dedicated to promoting the history, collective memory and artistic contributions of diverse communities.
