This sixth week offers a most festive program for all those who want to dance. On August 8, the show by The Howlin’ Hound Dogs and on August 9, the show by Sandrine Hébert and her musicians will both be accompanied by dancers, for an exceptional atmosphere. Likewise, Forró de Lá will mix the atmosphere of Brazilian festivals with the quadrilles of Midsummer! Marie-Élaine Thibert invites you to rediscover the classics of the French-speaking world and Maïa Barouh to discover Japan.
Presented by the TD Bank Group, more than 350 artists will perform across the eight outdoor musical zones, totaling more than 40 free outdoor shows.
Maïa Barouh – Montmorency Zone Thursday August 6, 2026, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Maïa Barouh is a Franco-Japanese artist, singer, flautist, author, composer and arranger, with a unique universe. She freely mixes ancestral Japanese songs, rap, groove, electronic music and song. His signature is based on a rare vocal technique, from an island in southern Japan. On stage, his energy and his striking voice transport the audience between trance and emotion.
Forró de Lá – Saint-François area (in front of the church) Thursday August 6, 2026, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Forró de Lá is a proud representative typical of “forró”, a traditional Brazilian festive music. The group has carved out a place for itself on the local scene by infusing social dance music and the atmosphere of Brazilian festivals to which elements of the quadrille and Saint-Jean have been integrated.

The Howlin’ Hound Dogs – Barnard-Landry Park Zone Saturday August 8, 2026, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Based in Montreal, The Howlin’ Hound Dogs brings back authentic rockabilly from the 1950s, in the spirit of the legendary Sun Records label, with a distinct touch of Hill Billy Bop. Everything is carried by vintage instruments and amps, determined to never give up the ghost. For several years, they have shared their passion and rocked the stages at rockabilly festivals.
Sandrine Hébert – Zone Parc Barnard-Landry Sunday, August 9, 2026, 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Originally from Coaticook in Estrie, singer-songwriter Sandrine Hébert has been making her way on the country-rock scene since 2018. Revealed to the general public at Star Académie in 2022, she has been making her mark ever since. Awarded three Willie Awards at the Country Gala, she has performed at the Lasso Festival as well as many other major events. Here she is launching her first full album, Déraciné, with her full band group of 7 musicians.
