MTL CONNECTEMTL connect will return from October 13 to 16 at the Society of Technological Arts [SAT] to explore the issues of sovereignty in the digital age. For 4 days, through a program rich in conferences, workshops and experiences, explore a central question: is there still time to regain control of our digital future?

MTL connect can be counted as an eligible training expense under the Act to promote the development and recognition of workforce skills. From October 13 to 16, 2026, the event will offer professionals, managers and business teams a space to better understand digital transformations, explore concrete solutions and exchange with experts from here and elsewhere. Promote your startup at MTL connecte 2026Applications for Startup connecte are open! The program invites startups, at all stages of their development, to present their product, service or functional prototype at the MTL Connect 2026 Innovation Show. Selected startups will benefit from a service grant worth $4,000 including exhibition space, networking opportunities with investors, businesses and experts, and more.
How to integrate artificial intelligence and digital technologies in a way that is truly useful to your business? The MTL connecte SME Course offers you practical workshops, conferences, individual meetings with experts and targeted business networking to help you gain efficiency, optimize your processes and make informed decisions. You will also discover concrete resources to supervise your digital uses in a secure and responsible manner, including the new simplified AI Charter for SMEs.

The Digital Ambassador program offers you the opportunity to participate for free in the 8th edition of MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week, from October 13 to 16, 2026.
By joining the cohort, you will be able to: • Participate for free in MTL connect 2026; • Exchange with digital experts and professionals from here and elsewhere; • Develop your network and create new collaborations; • Take part in discussions on the major digital and AI issues; • Promote your career and your project. Even in the summer, our team continues its activities in the field! In August, a Digital Café will be offered at La Zone de Blainville – Patio Party to initiate discussions on the uses of digital technology, artificial intelligence, digital citizenship and critical thinking.
Digital resources to discover with young people Do you work with young people, in education, in intervention or within a youth organization? Take advantage of the summer period to discover three free resources designed to help young people better understand their digital environment and develop their critical thinking.
These tools can be explored directly by young people or serve as support for teachers, speakers, parents and the professionals who support them. With IA & Toi, discover capsules and activities that allow young people to better understand artificial intelligence and develop a critical look at a technology that is increasingly present in their daily lives.
With the Digital Footprint podcast, invite young people to think about the traces they leave online and to discover good practices for adopting more responsible digital habits.
The Youth Digital Month Resources offer a selection of articles, files and educational content to better understand the major digital issues, develop critical thinking and stay on the lookout for new trends.
