On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Festival International Nuits d’Afrique is marking this significant event by bringing back, for the first time in several years, a physical edition of its FINA 2026 compilation. This CD version offers a different selection of titles from that offered on digital platforms, thus offering an exclusive experience to fans and collectors of world music.
The international and Montreal sceneThis CD brings together key figures from the international scene, such as Oumou Sangaré, Tabou Combo and Systema Solar, alongside innovative projects like Guiss Guiss Bou Bess, Fulu Miziki and Kanazoé Orkestra. It also highlights the Montreal scene with artists such as Wesli, Kizaba and Joyce N’Sana, whose careers illustrate the dynamism and cultural richness of Montreal.
Two titles exclusive to the CDC This version is enhanced by two exclusive titles: “United by the Nights”, the official anthem of the 40th anniversary of the Festival bringing together internationally renowned artists around a message of unity and celebration, as well as “MUTAMBA”, a new title by Tiken Jah Fakoly, both available exclusively on the CD.
Available all over the world At the same time, the Festival is taking a new step in the promotion of its compilation: the digital version is not only available on the main streaming platforms, but for the first time in its history, the physical version will also be accessible all over the world via the largest online purchasing platforms.
