It is on Saint-Denis Street, between Gilford and Roy, that the Montreal BD Festival will set up its marquees from May 15 to 17, 2026 to create a 1.2 km comic strip walk punctuated with activities, exhibitions and meetings. This year the Festival has a rich, completely free program of more than 60 activities under the theme ALIVE!
It is a record of more than 350 artists and 190 exhibitors expected under its marquees.
To illustrate this theme and mark our anniversary, we have chosen a notable figure in Montreal comics: Julie Rocheleau! His posters with dynamic compositions are always elegant and sensitive, with a little punk touch of his own.
