The Quartier des Spectacles Partnership is pleased to present the 3rd edition of Lumière sur la succession, a video projection tour highlighting the talent of the next generation of Montreal and Quebec digital artists until November 1, 2026. This year, ten original works are displayed on the facades of the WILDER Building | Dance space, the Grande Bibliothèque, the President-Kennedy pavilion of UQAM, the Design pavilion of UQAM and near the Saint-Laurent metro station.

Selected by a jury of professionals from the cultural and digital world following a call for projects, the ten works offer unique perspectives on our times. Nature and environment, heritage, memory, city, technology, contemplation and imagination come together in proposals that testify to the richness of the next generation of digital art. The ten winning artists or teams are as follows: Isaak Paul-Rivest, Cyril Donard, Amjad Jarrar, Marius Cousin and Olivier Basquin, Marwan Sekkat, Ema J. Gasamagera, Hugh Durnford-Dionne and Max Shoham, Catherine Bégin, Arkhad x LT x stereograf as well as Tara Rose Morris.

With this new edition of Lumière sur la succession, the Quartier des spectacles Partnership is helping to introduce the general public to the talent, daring and diversity of the local artistic and creative community. The widening of the route on all facades makes it possible this year to offer a showcase to a greater number of artists.
