The Organizing Committee of Miss Cameroun Montreal is proud to announce the holding of the 1st edition of Miss Cameroun Montreal, its annual gala-election, which will take place on August 29, from 19, the Sylvain-Lelievre room at 2660 rue Nicolet, Montreal. Supported by 10 candidates from the Cameroonian community in the Quebec region. The evening highlights the elegance, talent and commitment of the young diaspora, while promoting the richness of Cameroonian culture in Quebec.
On the program: parades in traditional and evening outfits, artistic performances, speaking events, followed by the crowning of the new Miss Cameroon Montreal 2026 and her runners-up. Placed under the theme of cultural influence, this edition celebrates Montreal as a city of meetings and exchanges, where each community brings its richness and contributes to a living together based on respect and inclusion.
Much more than a beauty contest, Miss Cameroon Montreal aims to be a platform of leadership and development for young women from the diaspora. The organization carries the values of excellence, solidarity and cultural pride, and intends to build bridges between Cameroon and Quebec society.
