After the notable release of her fifth album NEXT, author, composer, director and performer Laurence Nerbonne today announces the first show dates which will bring her to meet the Quebec public in the coming months. These meetings will mark the first stops on stage of this new artistic stage, initiated with an album more assumed, vulnerable and free than ever.
The first confirmed dates are as follows:
June 23 – National Day – L’Île-Perrot July 4 – Rythmes Tremblant – Mont-Tremblant*November 12 – Grizzly Fuzz – Quebec*November 26 – Club Soda – Montreal*November 27 – Salle Odyssée – Gatineau
Driven by songs that explore instinct, transformation, newfound confidence and the desire to move forward without regret, NEXT now finds a very real resonance with the public: since its release, the content surrounding the album has already accumulated more than a million views on the artist’s social networks. This new stage will now continue on stage, while Laurence Nerbonne will present the pieces from this new opus as well as several key titles from her repertoire, in a show in her image: frontal, unifying and intensely lively.
“NEXT is about following your instinct. The desire to cross one’s own limits to reach new heights. Today, I want to experience these songs with the public and share this energy live, where everything takes on another meaning. » — Laurence Nerbonne
Also note that the latest video capsule accompanying the title track NEXT will be unveiled today on Laurence Nerbonne’s social networks. Produced in a humorous spirit, this series of capsules notably features Guillaume Lambert, Marie Soleil Dion and Kim Lévesque-Lizotte.
